SYSPRO LANDSCAPE 2026

Navigating the Future of Syspro ERP in 2026

  • SYSPRO was acquired by a private-equity firm in Aug 2024, Advent International.  The investment is intended to fund:

    • product modernization

    • acquisitions

    • global expansion

    • growth of subscription revenue and ARR

  • As a Syspro Support Provider for over 30 years, we can help customer navigate these changes.  The changes that affect the customer

    • Syspro moved from ILF/ALF to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Subscription is the ‘only’ commercial path forward for both existing and new customers.

    •  ‘Concurrent users’ convert to 'named users' (1:2 conversion multiple)

    • Customers will become entitled to all available product modules and support (subject to exceptions)

    • New, simplified pricing for all future purchases

    • All additional modules or users require a subscription conversion

    • All existing Syspro customers will be transitioned to subscription in 2026
